Before the appointment we talk through what you’d like from the session and any areas to work with or avoid, along with who the session is with. Sessions are one to one by default; couples massage can be arranged if you’d like it.
Sessions take place in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. The place and the practical arrangements are confirmed when the appointment is arranged.

Do I need to book a retreat as well?
No. Massage and non-invasive bodywork can be arranged on their own, with no retreat and no overnight stay. If you would rather step away for a few days, the Private Personalised Beach Retreat builds a private stay around rest and bodywork.
